Yes you can go for any diploma course after graduation.
Diploma are the courses which students opt after 12th and also some course students opt after class 10th the duration of diploma courses are 3 year. And the eligibility criteria for same is to pass the class 12th or 10th with min of 45% .
Some top college are:- Jamia millia islamia , VJTI , MSU baroda , ISBM etc

Can a diabetic be an aircraft maintenance engineer
Hello,
As an aircraft maintenance engineer so many works to do. Like they have to study aeronautical engineering or mechanical engineering department. Also go for training. There clear the medical fitness test. The medical fitness test occur because in aircraft so many situations comes like physically mentally technically etc. So this is time how they are handling the situation. Like if someone have minor diabetes but select all test may be they are in under observation. Because the glucose levels in body increase or decrease it's daily check. So if it's normal then may they should take them. But most of the cases Diabetic patients sudden fall in sugar level and sudden increase in sugar level they are not selected in this post. Infact so many job sectors like pharmaceutical industries some department also.

i am depressed beyond repair to have such a bad education ministry.its my drop year and i have no courage to give jee now ,centre is 300km away and parents are diabetic , i always wanted to study IT in a good college but i think i wont be able to .

Don't get depressed in such a valuable time of your life. JEE Main/NEET/ JEE Advanced will be conducted as per their scheduled time. Believe on yourself and your Preparations. You can do it.
As far as the distance of center is concerned the government authorities are doing every bit to facilitate students.
