Ise at new horizon college of engineering is better than ise at acharya institute of technology?
AIT - Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore is a better option.
The placements are good. Infosys has ranked the college number 1 for placements training as well. The placements depend more on the share market of the company. Many IS related companies come for placements. It must be noted that placements from the college are only for eligible candidates, that is, the students should have a minimum CGPA as specified by companies and should pass the interviews.
Previous batches students are placed in top companies. 85% of the students are placed. Companies like Dell, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, HP, Sonata, etc., visit our college. They also have pool campus drives. The placement department is very good, and they have training programs in the college.
Hope this helps.

I got 43277 rank in KCET. Im now waiting for SECOND EXTENDED ROUND to get a seat in CSE/ISE. Which college would I get?
Hello Narayana, you have pretty decent rank in KCET, with that much of rank you are pretty eligible for most of the colleges out there, though you might not be able to land yourself in top-tier government college. But still keep some college as a backup plan. This will help you in long run.
How is achariya university, banglore
Dear Student,
Acharya is known for its stunning infrastructure and great shooting spot.
If you look into the academic section, it depends on different departments. I studied E&C, and i feel that it dint had such talented lectures as compared to CS & IS departments, where there was fine impart of knowledge.
Another department like Mechanical, E&E, BT, Mechatronics are average on teaching scale.
If you see the college fee structure and hostel feels, it is quite high as compared to other private colleges.
But the higher management is quite friendly, so they will help the students if required.
There is scope for extra-curricular activities but not on large scale. And the most important 'Acharya Habba', a very lavishly celebrated college fest.
Hope I have made myself clear.
Best Wishes!

Hello,I want to do BE in CS in Dr ambedkar institute of technology,I belong to 2A category,my kcet rank is 33k
The cutoff rank or the maximum closing rank for the above mentioned institute in the year 2018 was 12335 and in 2017 the cutoff rank was 12195 for the computer science and engineering branch. So as per your marks the chances are comparitively less for the above institute. Also the availability of the institue is only known on the basis of the online counselling process and the marks you have obtained. So I would suggest you that you go for the counselling rounds and then you will be able to know the seat allocation.
