In jee main paper 2 will I be given every material like drawing sheet at once so as to use it in my own sequence or will be time allotted for every material to be given and used?
Generally, The drawing sheet is given as soon as the exam starts. You will be able to use it during the whole time duration of the exam. You can use this at the start of the exam and then attempt other sections or you can attempt other sections first and then use the drawing sheet, whichever way you like.
There is no constraint of time for different sections. The total time given for the exam can be used by the student as (s)he wishes.
what we want do for drawing in jee plan what material are required to draw
You will require your basic materials for drawing which includes your pencil, eraser, scale, set squares, protactor, compass and other things which will be provided in your geometry kit.The sheets will be provided by the examiner.
can we use sketches and oil pastels during b. arch and b. planning? what are the pencils that I can use? and what are the necessary drawing material that I can take?
Hello Priyadharshini
For jee 2 B. Arch exam, you can carry your geometry box, pencils (HB, 1H, 2H, 3H or whichever suitable), crayons, eraser etc. For pencils I would suggest carry 2 of each just in case. Oil pastels can be a bit hectic to use so I would suggest you to go for just crayons. All the best!
Jee paper 2 mai aptitude+math ko kitna time hota hai aur drawing ko kitna?
JEE Mains paper 2 (B.Arch) will be of 3 hours duration.
Mathematics and Aptitude Section will be conducted in Online mode while the Drawing Test will be based on Pen & Paper mode (Offline) only.
I hope this helps.
suppose i attempted only 2-4 questions of mathematics portion in b.arch and managed to get 170+ in aptitude portion and 70+ in drawing. Would i be able secure admission in good colleges?
It depends on the overall rank. However if you do so, you can get a good rank but again it depends (on the difficulty of the three subjects separately). If the aptitude part is tough enough and mathematics is not and then of you score 170+ in aptitude and only 3-4 questions in mathematics then you will get a much better rank.
Based upon your overall rank, admission will be made to the different institutes.
In general, you will get a decent college by doing so (if your luck is not that much bad).
do students applied for b arch in jee should carry drawing materials or it will be provided in exam hall

Is pencil colouring of different colour necessary or we can colour it with drawing pencil and pen
Hello Aspirant
If you have to give the exam which is drawing related then colour pencils would be preferable or you could just carry colour pencils with you because sometimes it is stated to colour with colour pencils.
Hope this this helps.
in jee paper 2 what is time period for drawing and online objective questions?
There is no division between times for drawing and solving sections.
A Total of three hours are provided to the candidate in which the candidate can take time according to his will and convinience in both segments.
Hope you find this helpful

The NID DAT 2020 BDes entrance was supposed to be 3 hours for both GAT and Drawing section, but in my centre in Bangalore the examiners did not give the drawing section until after 50 minutes. This meant that we only 130 minutes for drawing. Unfair! How was it in other centres??
Thanks Harish, However, what you are saying is true for MDes only (which is 150 minutes paper). My query was related to BDes which is 180 minutes paper. As far as I know there is no such notification for BDes exam. It seems unfair to all the students who were not allowed the full 3 hours for both sections.
