All the best!!
which rank is considered for MP DTE counselling CRL or category rank?
As you know , you are provided with a CRL & Category rank.
Now , in every colleges there are certain number of seats that are preserved for quota students and the others for CRL. Now , if the college you apply in have a quota seat vacant and if there is no category rank better than yours, you will get that seat.
Also if you have a good CRL , then there is no need to be tensed , you may get a seat through your CRL.
So both of the ranks are considered according to the vacancy of seats.
If you have more questions , feel free to ask.
I hope my answer helps you. Wish you a prosperous career ahead!

l have got Lnct Bhopal main campus with civil branch what i do ? i want to take cse or IT branch . or can i go for round 2 counselling of mp dte ? my CRL rank is 354927 and EWS rank is 45619 can i get any better college? please help !
Hello Aspirant!
Getting a good college with this rank is really difficult.
LNCT has a good reputation you can go for the college.
But if you want CSE or IT you can apply for 2nd round counselling .But getting better college then LNCT is hard.
Rest all depends on your interest. If CSE is your focus then go for it.
Hope this helped...
i got crl rank 125000 and 39000 obc ncl category rank is their any chance for me to get any college through josaa orrr mp dte counseling ????
Hello Aspirant,
According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or any good college in JOSAA Counselling as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. If you sits for MO DTE Counselling then you have chances to get admission into following colleges :-
- Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior
- Laxmi Narain College of Technology, Bhopal
- Ujjain Engineering College, Ujjain
For more details refer to the link given below :-
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India :-
