There is no bar that by getting 76.8% you cannot apply for admission into the Delhi University. You can certainly apply for the it. However, your selection into the college and course will entirely depend upon your marks in best four subjects in class 12.

I registered myself for ug merit course in du admission form and also I appeared for ipu cet bjmc 2020 . does du accepts ipu cet bjmc marks ? if it does then will I be able to take admission in any du college on the basis of my ipu cet score if I registered myself for merit based addmission ?
Hello Anshikij,
The IPU CET BJMC 2020 is an entrance exam conducted for admission in the colleges offering Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication course which is of 3 years. Most of the Delhi universities having this course take admission based on IPU CET BJMC score. However, in Delhi University if you want to apply for the above course then your IPU CET BJMC marks will be considered. If you are applying for any other course in DU, then your admission will be based on merit and best out of 4 subjects.
I want to take my du admission predection test
Hello Radhika,
Delhi University offers admission to various UG courses on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam. For admission to B. Sc./BA/B. hey , i dont have obc certificate right now however its in process n may take 4-5 days because of lockdown delays n holidays .last day of submitting du admission form is 4 july . so what can i do ? is there any chances that provision of caste certificate applied. the cbse result 2020 is alsodelaye
According to the FAQs available at the official website https://ug.du.ac.in/index.php/site/faq, it says that you must upload the Certificate which is on your name. As you belong to OBC-NCL, you should have a certificate issued after March 31st, 2020. But the country has been under lockdown since March last week and so it might not be possible to get the certificate by then. But again we doubt if uploading the Caste certificate will be accepted. So what we would suggest you is to reach out to the helpdesk because they might be in the right place to help you with this. Please reach out to them at the email id: undergraduate2020@admissions.du.ac.in .
entire process of du admission of ba hons. in 2020
The admission process to get into DU for B.A or B.A Hons. is quite easy.
Firstly, you need to score a good percentage of marks in class 12th.
When the application forms are out, you need to fill them for the Subject you want.
Generally, the admissions for the course, you are interested in, is merit based. So, class 12th marks mean a lot.
If you make it into the merit list, you will be called for reserving your seat and get admission into the course.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
I have obc ncl certificate, in which it is state that maurya community is recognized as backward class in list of government of India. but it is made from UP. can i use it in 2022 du admission??
Hi,
For admission to DU, the administration exclusively requires a caste certificate issued in the same format as that provided by the central government.
So, the obc ncl certificate issued from a state government isn't valid for DU admission.
You have to get the caste certificate issued by central government and attested by a respectable authority.
Regards.
If l choose 1 language (English), 2 domains which are history and political science and general test. Is it ok for du admission?
Hi,
The admission eligibility guidelines for different courses differs in accordance with the criteria set up by the respective university.
You haven't specified your course in which you want to take admission. So it's difficult to judge.
For the course eligibility details, you are requested to visit the official website of the university and download the latest brochure.
You need to go through the details mentioned there to know about the different subject combination deemed necessary for that course.
Regards.
