can i get some.du college in 90℅ under ews/general category
Firstly I would like to congratulate for scoring 90% , that's an amazing score. Now, coming to your query, Yes obviously you can get most of the top colleges in Delhi University in 2nd or 3rd or maybe even in 1st cutoff list with 90% marks. Well the cutoffs can vary according to the number of applications and for every colleges it is different still you will definitely get any good college in DU with this score.
Consider this:I got into a du college for ba hons English which has less cutoff, but I want to join a more reputed duCollege(with high cutoff)and I hope that IWillGetIntoItAfter that reputed college releases its 4or5th cutoff. So should I wait for those 4or5th cutoffs or should I first takeAdmission
Hi,
If you are sure you will get into the other college with high cut-off in the 4th or 5th admission list then you may wait for the admission process of the other college but I think it will be safe to take the admission into the former college where the cut off is less. This will ensure you have a seat & your year will not get wasted. If you get a seat in the college with high cut off then you can cancel the admission in the former college & pay the cancel fees & get admission into the latter one. Do not rush. Wait for the 4th or 5th list only if you are very sure about securing a seat.
Hope this helps.
I secured 95.4% in boards for 5 subjects. and 96.75% for top 4 subjects. I am general. can I get hindu college in du for bsc in botany or zoology? if not hindu then can I get any other top du college in north?
Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have got 96.75% in your top 4 subjects and 95.4% in your 5 subjects so let me tell you that for du top 4 subjects marks will be considered for cut offs.
So, in the percentage you have fair chances for grabbing a seat in botany in Hindu college.

Sir, mere 12th Mein 66% hain, and now i will not able to get admission in du college. I want ask what should do now other then neet? Please guide me
Hey there!
Other than neet there are a lot of options to consider, like commerce. There are a lot of colleges which have their own examination for admission in various courses other than the percentage based admission that occurs. Like, Narsee Monjee has an examination called NPAT for admission in different commerce courses so if your percentage isn't great, that's a good option. There are other nation wide examinations you can give like CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) and other various examinations depending on your interests.
I registered myself for ug merit course in du admission form and also I appeared for ipu cet bjmc 2020 . does du accepts ipu cet bjmc marks ? if it does then will I be able to take admission in any du college on the basis of my ipu cet score if I registered myself for merit based addmission ?
Hello Anshikij,
The IPU CET BJMC 2020 is an entrance exam conducted for admission in the colleges offering Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication course which is of 3 years. Most of the Delhi universities having this course take admission based on IPU CET BJMC score. However, in Delhi University if you want to apply for the above course then your IPU CET BJMC marks will be considered. If you are applying for any other course in DU, then your admission will be based on merit and best out of 4 subjects.
any du college provide admission on extrance exam in b com hons either yes please name them
Hi
No, there's no entrance based admission for the B com (Hons) course.
DUET, Delhi University Entrance test is conducted for various courses such as BMS, BJMC, Btech etc but is not conducted for the course B com honours.
However, admission to BA (Hons) Business Economics also also takes place via DU JAT.
Thanks
next year all du college give admission on entrance exam in commerce courses like b com honours yes or no

i got 80% so i need a suggestion which du college best for me
Hello student,
As you have mentioned that you scored 80% in your 12th boards. So if you want to get admission in DU. Then you can get admissions in the south campus colleges of DU. For north campus the cutoffs are very high in comparison to your score. The admission in any college with any cutoff will also depend on the course which you want to pursue and the category you belong to. As there are different cutoffs for different courses in every college.
I got 96% in 12std humanities stream, is it easy for me to go in north campus Du college this year for hons course in political science or geography?
Hello
Considering that you have mentioned the aggregate marks of your best four subjects and referring to the previous year's cutoff, you have chances to get admission in the following colleges for BA Political Science Hons:
Kirori Mal College
Gargi College
Daulat Ram College
Kamala Nehru College
