Consider this:I got into a du college for ba hons English which has less cutoff, but I want to join a more reputed duCollege(with high cutoff)and I hope that IWillGetIntoItAfter that reputed college releases its 4or5th cutoff. So should I wait for those 4or5th cutoffs or should I first takeAdmission
Hi,
If you are sure you will get into the other college with high cut-off in the 4th or 5th admission list then you may wait for the admission process of the other college but I think it will be safe to take the admission into the former college where the cut off is less. This will ensure you have a seat & your year will not get wasted. If you get a seat in the college with high cut off then you can cancel the admission in the former college & pay the cancel fees & get admission into the latter one. Do not rush. Wait for the 4th or 5th list only if you are very sure about securing a seat.
Hope this helps.

Hi, i wanna ask ...can i consider a language subject in my best 3....i wanna replace physics by language subject.....is there any category for this in DU If not then my best 3 score will be 82%....can i get admission in any of DU college my total score is 87.8%
Dear Student,
To confirm a seat in DU in any campus your percentage should be more than 90% and if you are thinking to take admission science or BA course then you must need more than 95% for the safe side, even the cutoffs of north campuses will be around 97-98% for the science stream.
You are close but still there is very less chance that you can get any of the seat, you can use this link to predict the DU campus for yourself.

Hello,
The marks are a bit less to get admission in DU.
The cutoff for the DU B.Com is expected to be 95-97.50% and for B.com hons 93-97.75%.
But don't lose hope you can try other colleges. There are many good colleges.
is there is any change in examination pattern of SOL and regular du college of bcom Hons ? or examination pattern are same of both?
Hello student,
Hope you are in good health, so the answer to your question is "YES" Examination pattern of SOL and Du regular are same contrary to popular misconception, a degree from SOL is equivalent to a degree from any of the DU institutions. In many respects, SOL is similar to the traditional admissions process at DU. Their entrance requirements, examining body and syllabus are identical.
Hope this helps!

sir i have scored 74 prcnt in class 12 can i get a du college from general quota i want to do bsc computer science
Dear aspirant,
I'm glad that you wish to enroll in the prestigious Delhi University. Unfortunately though, I'm sorry to say that your Class 12 percentage is simply too less for taking admission in any BSc. Computer Science course in any college of DU. I would suggest you to not lose hope though. Keep checking the cutoffs of different colleges this year and you might get lucky and get an admission in a college with your preferred course. However, if not, don't lose hope. Apply for different colleges off campus and if you dedicate yourself enough, I'm sure that you will get into a decent college.
Hope this helps!
Good Luck!

Dear student,
As you have mentioned that you have got 81% in your class 12th examination and taking into consideration that you are in commerce field so let me tell you that your percentage is a bit Less if you are aiming for Miranda house, hindu college, hansraj.
It also depends on which subject you choose like political science and history like subjects have less cut offs.
