As almost all colleges follows the eligibility criteria of maharashtra govt in hsc those 2 college also follow
As per it the eligibility is 50% English, physics, chemistry and mathematics (for backward caste it is 45%.

These both are private colleges affilated to AICTE. Vishwakarma institute is ranked AAAA while DJ sanghvi is ranked AAA. In addition vishwakarma institute is 10 years older than DJ sanghvi. So I will suggest vishwakarma institute,pune.
