sir i recently completed my btech graduation-2025 but ssc portal account created 2024 that time my studies (higher studies i mention diploma (because of that i applied for ssc mts exam) now i am verified otr but i cannot edit education details.

Aryan 10th Jun, 2025

Hi Sumanth,

Unfortunately, the window to edit details of OTR was closed on 31st May, 2025. More importantly, your educational details can NOT be edited once you are OTR verified. But one thing you should be prepared of, is to be prepared with all required documents be it your diploma or degree certificate at the document verification stage.

You may also mail this issue to helpdesk-ssc@ssc.nic.in with your degree certificate to support your take. I suggest you to first mail this issue to SSC itself.

All the best!

I wanted to know that can I do bls llb through regular mode from Mumbai university and bsw course though online distance education from ignou simultaneously??

Kishan Bhakat 1st Jun, 2025

hi,

Yes, you can do BLS LLB in regular mode from Mumbai University and at the same time pursue BSW from IGNOU through distance education. Since BLS LLB is a full-time course, it will require your regular attendance and commitment. But IGNOU’s BSW is flexible because it’s online and lets you study at your own pace, so you can manage both if you plan your time well. Just keep in mind that BLS LLB has attendance rules, so you have to be careful not to miss classes. Overall, it’s possible but will need good time management and dedication.

Will I have to face any problem during placement? I have 85% in top five Phy che English physical education cs. And have 79.8% in PCM english cs. What% will be calculated for the placement eligibility?

Samriddha Pal 30th May, 2025

Hello,

You are unlikely to face any significant problems during placement with your current academic profile. Most companies that visit colleges for campus recruitment typically require candidates to have a minimum of 60% to 65% marks in their 10th and 12th standards, along with a consistent academic record and no active backlogs. With 85% in your top five subjects (Physics, Chemistry, English, Physical Education, and Computer Science) and 79.8% in core academic subjects like PCM, English, and CS, you comfortably meet and even exceed these criteria. During placement eligibility screening, companies generally consider the overall percentage in 12th standard, and since both your overall and core percentages are above average, they should not pose any obstacle.

Hope this helps. All the best!

Youre asking how one studies to become a doctor, what the process involves, and how the education is structured. Heres an explanation: How to Study to Become a Doctor Becoming a doctor is a long and demanding journey that typically involves several stages of education and training. Heres a genera

Afreen 1st Jul, 2025

To become a doctor, one typically undertakes a long and rigorous educational path. This journey begins with undergraduate studies in a science-related field, followed by medical school, and often includes postgraduate training like internships and residencies. The specific steps and requirements can vary by country and institution, but the general outline remains consistent.

Here's a more detailed look at the typical path:

1. Undergraduate Education:

Many aspiring doctors start with a bachelor's degree in a science field like biology, chemistry, or physics. Some medical schools may accept applicants with degrees in other fields, but they often require completion of specific prerequisite science courses, according to Indeed.com.

2. Medical School:

After completing undergraduate studies, aspiring doctors apply to medical school. This is a highly competitive process, requiring strong academic performance, standardized test scores (like the MCAT), and letters of recommendation.

3. Medical Degree:

Medical school typically takes four years to complete. Students learn foundational medical knowledge, participate in clinical rotations in various specialties, and gain hands-on experience in hospitals and clinics.

4. Postgraduate Training:

After medical school, aspiring doctors embark on postgraduate training. This often includes internships, which provide supervised experience in a hospital setting, followed by residencies, which offer more specialized training in a particular field of medicine.

5. Licensing:

To legally practice medicine, doctors must obtain a license from a relevant medical board or council.

6. Specialization:

Some doctors choose to specialize further through fellowships, which offer advanced training in a specific subspecialty.

Key Considerations:

Time Commitment:

The path to becoming a doctor is lengthy, often requiring 10-14 years of education and training after high school.

Financial Investment:

Medical education can be expensive, and students may incur significant debt from tuition, living expenses, and other costs.

Dedication and Passion:

Success in medicine requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to lifelong learning, and a genuine passion for helping others.
