EFLU(English and Foreign Languages University) is located in Hyderabad, Telangana. EFLU has a moderate placement cell. Many companies like Amazon etc. come for placement. In order to get admission in EFLU for MA English, according to the eligibility criteria, you have to pass Bachelor’s degree with 55 percent marks in general category and 50 percent marks in SC or ST. For courses like Arabic, French, German, Russian, Hispanic language and literature, you need to obtain Bachelor’s degree in any course with a B1 level proficiency certificate.

The entrance examination is English and Foreign Languages University Entrance Examination. It is an online examination of 2 hours duration. The application fee is Rs 500 for general category and Rs 250 for SC or ST.

MA in English Cafeteria course at English and Foreign language University is a course that is primarily based on Phonetics, linguistics and additional English courses but not on the primary basics of English literature. If you have done your UG Hons in English already, I would humbly suggest you to go for MA in English or MA in English Literature course as it is more traditional proper authentic course after which you could apply for NET and become a assistant professor at a college after Clearing that exam.

Releasing of 2nd list or not is totall depend on the situation whether their are vacant seats or not , if they are any vacant seat left then they will surely release the cut off otherwise not

As of now, according to the reports it is said that EFLU 2021 Result (UG) will be released in third week of September 2021 through online mode. The department hasn't mentioned any specific date as such.

EFLU offers 240 seats in the undergraduate courses, 130 seats in the teacher education courses, 510 seats in the postgraduate courses, and 131 seats in the doctorate courses to the students comprising all the branches namely Shillong, Hyderabad and Lucknow.
