Hello I am currently studing 3rd year in Electrical and Electronics Engineering . i want to get a job at isro .How should i prepare for it ,i have good technical knowledge . I am appearing for it in 2021.Please give me guidence for the same . thank you
its good to know your zest for isro, however there is no surety that in 2021 isro will conduct recruitment for scientist/ engineers or not. see eee students may apply for isro from ece branch or ee branch, however for ee branch recruitment is quite less, 2-3 vacancies as per latest notifications, now you may also appear from ece but you need to study be self for some papers like digital communications, signal system, antenna theory etc. syllabus and question pattern is like gate, so if you have good grip on gate syllabus, you may surely crack it.
what is the mark that we need to take in 10th class board exams for electrical and electronics engineering
Hi there!
Aspirant!
I hope you are having a nice day!
I would like to inform you that Colleges/Institutes offering the course demand a minimum of 50% marks at 10th level with Science and Mathematics as a subject of study in order to accord admissions in the course for pursuing diploma in electrical and electronics and admission will be done in various college by clearing some entrance and their cutoff to get this branch. So keep studying keep growing.
All the best for your bright future!
Thanks.

what are the after study options for diploma holders in electrical and electronics engineering
You can opt for courses that will add value to and are accepted in the industry. After diploma in electrical engineering you can get a job directly if you are looking for one but the chances are that they won't pay high salary. You can go for an engineering degree that will make you a graduate in engineering field rather than just a diploma degree holder. A few certificate courses that you can opt for are:
- VLSI systems
- Robotics and Intelligent systems
- CCNA
- Embedded systems
- Power electronics
- Hardware engineering
- Signal processing
- PLC
- SCADA
- Real time operating systems and so on..
You may opt for courses that you are interested in.
Hope this helps, Good luck.
What are the jobs we can get after becoming an ECE engineer ?
Hello Arun, after doing engineeirng in the stream of ECE(Electronics and Communication Department), you can go for core jobs without the knowledge of coding or you can go for software jobs with the knowledge of basic programming languages like C, Python, etc which are easy to learn. You can apply for PSU's jobs through gate, write IES(Indian Engineering Services) exam and get government jobs. You can continue with M.tech and become a professor or research lab assistant. There are handful of jobs you can go for.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
if I have to choose between mechanical engineering & Electrical and Electronics engineering. whichll be the best???
Mechanical and electrical engineering:
As both are the good and most demanding branches among students, also students should choose the one as per their interest and potential. As Electrical engineering is the bridge between computer science and mechanical engineering. ... So if you want to work for your salary but be in high demand, EE is the place.
Electronics and Communication branch has got wider options and easier life compared to Mechanical Engineers. ... Tech then he should choose the branch by his interest and if he is going MBA he may go for ECE as ECE is considered as a tougher branch to get into when compared to Mechanical Engineering.choose wisely.
Thankyou
