sir i have 71% in hsc and 88%tile in jee main january session so please tell me that where i should take admission for electrical engineering . please suggest me the best college. please reply
Hello!
According to the NITs admission eligibility criteria, it is important for the candidate to get atleast 75%in the 10+2 system.
However you can apply for other private or state funded colleges to the required branch.
Hope this helps and good luck.
hello i am gen.pwd candidate approx how much should i score to get admission in iit delhi for electrical branch

DEAR KAMAL KISHORE ,
YOUR QUESTION ISNT UPTO MARK,PLEASE DO ELABORATE YOUR REQUEST FOR FUTHER HELP.
PLEASE DO CONTACT BACK WOTH THE APPROPRIATE QUERY.
HAVE A NICE DAY.
Sir I have got 294 marks in PCM boards. What marks in KCET (KARNATAKA) will be good to get CS or ECE or EE in NIE OR JC MYSORE??
Hello,
In engineering fields the PCM marks of boards is not a big deal. Minimum of 75% board marks is required in maximum state college and some colleges also prefer less than 75% i.e 40% to 50%. So this is not the main point.
As per the previous years cut off for the CS and ECE the required cut off of KCET for NIE is in between 3k to 4k and 6k to 7k respectively. Though the cut offs are changed in every year jus because of students competition level, seats availability, question level etc.
For JC college mysore you need to rank in between 9k to 10k for getting CS. For sc, st and obc it is under 18k.
Hope for the best.
Thank you.
after studying electronics and electrical engineering which job I should prefer
Electronics and Electrical Engineers are highly employable and can find work in many areas including the electronic automotive, IT, Telecoms, manufacturing, power, transport, utilities and construction industries.
If you have any queries please let me know!
ALL THE BEST.
How many marks you want for selection of the student in electrical engineering?
Hi Bhavesh,
Me being an engineering student it is very very difficult to say the marks required for admission in a particular stream in a generalised way. Every NIT has a different cutoff for Electrical Engineering. And state government colleges also have different cutoff for different colleges and also for different states cutoff varies. Still a percentile of 97 and above will probably bring a seat for you in NIT usuing state quota. And also to include information about IIT, you need a rank within 4-5K to get a seat in any of the IIT EE department. I hope this information will help you.
Thanks
i usually heard about mechanical, computer, civil and electrical engineering. recently i come to know about electronic and communication.so i want to know is there any differ value of this engineering or this is like other field which is chosen?
Dear Aspirant,
As of now only two or three branches in engineering have jobs in abundance and Electronics and communication is one of those branches.
It has very good career especially for women and have a large number of both private and government jobs.
So if you are interseted in engineering then ECE is indeed a good choice.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
can u explain the relation between aeronautical and electrical engineering. which is best .which has future scopes
Hello student there's no much relation in aeronautical and electrical engineering both are different and both are equally good you need to go with your choice in which you're interested and in which you want to pursue you career. Electrical branch is more preferable than aeronautical engineering as it has more scope in terms of placements academic etc.
Feel free to comment if you have any doubt
Good luck
Hello sir/maam. I am Gaurav Chudasama from Gandhinagar. I completed Diploma in Electrical from GTU in 2016. I have some questions so i mentione it below. 1. Can I do any bachelor course part-time or external or distance learning. 2. Is Bachelor of Electrical (BE) course available in IGNOU.
Hey there
IGNOU does not provide BE courses. You can do btech in electrical engineering after diploma in lateral entry. You can do your Engineering from AMIE. But it is recommended to do engineering in regular course as engineering is a course which makes you a professional in technology which will be best if you do it from regular.
Good luck
Will there enough jobs for CS and IT engineering due to AI and ML? whats is your on electrical branch?
Yes ofcourse there will be enough jobs for cs and it engineering courses even if the artificial intelligence and machine learning is on a rise in the market. Both of them are a part of the computer science field and to develop them even more cs jobs are required. Electrical engineering has its own importance
