Electrical Engineering
Hi,
First of all you should decide your preference among EE and ECE .
In my opinion you should take ECE in NIT Raipur. Also you can be placed quite well in ECE.
According to me you should go with that branch in which you find yourself more interested. "DEEP INTEREST " is key to success in any branches. i think it's interest which led to success in any branch, it is better in term of placements. one thing you should always keep in mind that both the institute are premier institute but NIT Raipur is something different from other institutes(IITs/NITs).It has vision of becoming leading institute in the world by upcoming next 6-7 years and for this vision rapid growth of institute is on it's track, within 3 years NIT Raipur is ranked between 6-9 top NITs by different websites(inclusive of 6 and 9).
ECE: Electronics and Communication Engineering EEE: Electronics and Electrical Engineering
EEE: Electrical and Electronics Engineering branch deals with Electrical technology and machines, circuit analysis, electronics, electromagnetism, electrical engineering materials, instrumentation, control systems, power engineering and transmission and distribution.
ECE: This branch mainly deals with analog transmission, basic electronics, solid state devices, microprocessors, digital and analog communication, analog integrated circuits, satellite communication, microwave engineering, antennae and wave progression. It also deals with the manufacturing of electronic devices, circuits, and communications equipment.
Placements:
EEE: Electrical graduates are employed in Electricity Boards/Utility companies responsible for installation, maintenance, operation of power handling equipment and systems. Industries manufacturing large electrical machines and equipment employ engineers in design, production and testing. For individuals dreaming of JTO(Junior Training Officer), DRDO(Defence Research and Development Organisation), ISRO(Indian Space Research Organisation) and GATE, EEE is not a good choice. This is because they have a separate paper for ECE, while students pursuing EEE have to study a lot of other things. Besides this, EEE students can’t take IES while ECE students can.
ECE: In ECE, the scope to land into government jobs is great. An electronics engineer can find a job in Central Government, State Governments and their sponsored corporations, private industries dealing in manufacture, sales and services of electronics consumer goods and appliances. Additionally, electronics engineers are also absorbed into the broadcast industry, research establishments, and defence.
NIT Durgapur and NIT Raipur are quite the same with no much difference.
Its all upon your interest and your choice of career.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
Dear aspirant,
Bihar engineering college cut off varies every year depending on the basis of certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
Since the bihar engineering college has not released the cut off for the year 2021 so candidates can check the previous year cut off and have an idea about minimum marks required by the candidate to get into this college.

Hello student,
IOT is a booming industry which will keep rising and growing in the coming years. The basic difference between IOT(offered by electrical department) and IOT(offered by IT department) is that electrical department will offer you a more hardware aspect of the IOT industry whereas the the IT department will offer you a more software and IT related knowledge of the industry. SO, if you are interested in hardware and its embedded programming, go for electrical engineering offered IOT and if you are inclined towards software side more, go for IT offered IOT courses.
I hope this helps, All the Best!
This is due to the changing world and demands of people. And there is huge growth in technology.
As our lifestyle has been changed and we all prefer to spend most of our time online, we need every service to be provided online whether it's banking, taking loans, knowing about any particular place, ecommerce and other.
Due to this reason, there are many startup's taking place in market who are working on these aspects. And for working on such feilds, there is huge requirement of knowing how websites work and are made, coding in different languages as per demand and having connectivity as much as possible.
Computer science engineering covers all these concepts including coding, networking, working on websites. The placement are higher in cse departments due to incresing online demands of people.
And most part of mechanical, electrical, chemical and auto are also becoming automated. And automation also requires using skills included in cse subjects.
As a result, there are very less candidates opting for branches like mechanical, electrical, chemical and automobile engineering.

Hello.
Yes it is possible to enroll into another engineering degree after the completion of your first course. However ,it also depends on the proceas of how you've been selected. You need to check with the college you are applying for too and them carry om with the procedure.
But there is no problem in pursuing another degree after the successful completion of one degree.

National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, formerly Regional Engineering College, Rourkela is a publicly funded institute of higher learning for engineering, science and technology located in the steel city of Rourkela, Odisha, India .
National Institute of Technology, Raipur is a public technical and research university located in Raipur, India. Founded in 1956 with two engineering disciplines, the university focuses exclusively on science, technology, engineering, and architecture.
I m not very sure about the placement statics of both the institutes currently, but i can state that NIT Rourkela is better than NIT Raipur in all aspects.
In case of branch it is dependent upto you in which field you want to go.
From my point of view NIT Rourkela CSE will be better than NIT Raipur electrical or mechanical.
