In CSSUT Burla, Electrical Engineering (EE) has much more scope & job opportunites than Electronics and Telecommunication (ETC).
But it should be purely on your interest. If you have more interest in EE, then go for EE. If more in ETC, go for ETC. But statistic wise, EE is
DTU Electrical is the best overall in terms of brand, placements, and opportunities.
NSUT ECE is a close second, especially for tech roles.
BIT Mesra ECE is good academically but slightly behind DTU/NSUT in placements.
