how is btech in electronics and telecommunication engineering Is that have almost the same scope as ece
Hello student ,
You can consider Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) as a subset of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
An ETE course must cover Semiconductors, various devices based on them and their abstractions (courses on Analog Electronic Circuits, Digital & Switching Circuits, and Systems, Microprocessor, Linear IC Systems, Embedded System, Power Electronics, etc) as an introduction to Electronics. courses on computer communication, networking, Data communication, etc are part of ECE.
Both have a good scope in future. If we compare the branches then ECE as has more scope and placements in the future.
Placements
Infosys,Accenture,Ericsson,HCL Technology,Aithent Technology,GE Healthcare,Samsung.

which is better most b.e in electronics engineering or electronics and telecommunication engineering?
B.E in Electronics Engineering is such a branch which deals with designing of Electrical devices, circuits etc. It is a part of Electrical Engineering , you will have a bright future ahead if you choose this subject. The career opportunities are like :
