Electrical vehicles which is nowadays is very popular in market has the Highest possibility of business boom. You must have heard only few names like Tesla motors who are making world class cars.
Also you can go for solar pannel manufacturing, energy efficient machines etc. Startup in this field is profitable as Government gives various subsidy.
