Considering this you have decent chances of getting seat in any branch. But cut off changes every year depending on number of applicants, normalized score, highest score, number of seats available etc.

Sir Chottu Ram Institute of engineering and management,Meerut is overall an average level college with moderate infrastructure and fair placements.

Faculty is considerably fair with good experience and teacher student interaction is well. Howver,there is no placement faculty /wing situated which might cause certain difficulty to you.

In Electronics Dept. The average package is considerably low hanging around 2-2.5 LPA.

If you want to pursue your career with ECE/ETC then maybe you should think twice before joining this college and go for some better colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

Yes, for getting cse in Vellore campus your rank should be up to 4k because the cse in Vellore campus is most demanding branch as comparison to others branches. For this much of rank you have to scored above 100 to be on safer side. For Chennai campus you can stretch it up to 7500 above this the cse will over for VIT.
