Placements for Chemical branch are good here. Around 70% of the students got placed last year. The highest salary package offered was around 9 LPA whereas the lowest salary package offered was around 5.5 LPA. Companies like Reliance Industries, Vedanta, Ambuja Cement, and several other software companies visited the college in the past few years for placements.

But generally the main things the interviewer sees in the candidate are the academics, extra curriculars , posture, confidence, speaking skills, ability to have intelligent discussions etc. So, you need to be good in all the fields to get your job chances to maximum.

For example if you complete your degree from any top institutes like IIT's then you can get into top companies like Bajaj, Hero Motocorp, Honda, Daimler, etc with an average salary of around 8-12 lpa.
