Answer lateri have just passed 12 cbse with 68.8% aggregate and 96 in English . further i wanna persue English literature and then wanna be a writer . which university and colleges in Dehradun or Jaipur would be the best for me. Also i have not appeared for any entrance exam .

I assume you want to know if you are eligible for JEE exam. The minimum percentage required for JEE exam is 75% in class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. In addition to this, they should be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 exam. For SC, ST and PwD candidates, the required marks is 65%.
If I am not wrong, you have secured 76.67%. So, you are eligible for JEE if you satisfy all the other criterias.
