Sir , i got 45 mark in english in class 12 if i clear neet with good score can i get a medical seat im very tensed because i have above 50 percent marks in pcb but in english i dont have 50 marks.please answer this question.
Hello Akash,
Don't worry! For NEET eligibility , what's most important is your score in the PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) subjects. Since you have above 50% marks in PCB , you're eligible to appear for NEET and qualify for a medical seat, provided you score well in the exam.
The English score is not a determining factor for NEET eligibility or medical admission. As long as you've cleared your 12th grade and meet the required percentage in PCB , you’re good to go. Just focus on doing your best in NEET!
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

I accidentally selected my medium as a hindi for up board in class 11 registration and i want to give my 12 board in english so can i give it in english if i choose medium of answering paper to english in class 12
Its okay if you opt for hindi in u.p board you should give exam in hindi as u.p board has the textbooks for your class 12 th are printed in Hindi language. And secondly, the question paper mentions all the questions in Hindi and You will have to write answers in the language which you chose earlier filling up the board exams's form. It was filled by your class teacher you should follow that otherwise you may face consequences later.many students say that they are changing from Hindi to English medium in exam and there is no issue in results but you never know the same happened to you too.if you still think you should give it in english contact your class teacher.
BEST OF LUCK...
Please anyone clear my doubt.JEE JOSAAA COUNSELLING MEIN GEOGRAPHY SUBJECT CONSIDER KARTE HAI KYA AS A ADDITIONAL SUBJECT MERA PCM ENGLISH and GEOGRAPHY KA MARKS LEKAR EXACTLY 378/500 ARHA HAI JOO KI MAHARASHTRA KE TOP 20 PERCENTILE KA RANGE MEIN HAI..as per 2024 ( i am dropper ) Please fix batao i am confused
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) considers the following subjects for admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTI that is in the list below if you have 75 percent these subjects you are eligible.you cant take geography in aggregate
1.Physics is compulsory
2.Mathematics is compulsory
3.One of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Technical Vocational
The subject with the highest marks will be considered.Be within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective Class 12 board examination.
AS PER MAHARASHTRA BOARD TOP 20% PERCENTILE WE NEED 378/500 AS A GENERAL CATEGORY WHEN I AM CONSIDERING PCM ENGLISH AND GEOGRAPHY I AM GETTING EXACTLY 378/500 IS geographic considered as additional subject as per josaaa?? for JEE mains and also advance?
Hello Vinayak,
Yes, as per JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) and JEE Mains/Advance eligibility criteria , the subjects considered for calculating the top 20% percentile or the minimum qualifying marks for General Category are:
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- One language subject (like English)
- One additional subject (can be any subject except vocational ones)
In your case, Geography can be considered as the fifth additional subject , which is allowed under JoSAA rules. So, if you're calculating your score using Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Geography and getting exactly 378/500 , it should be valid for both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced eligibility, provided all other criteria are met.
Make sure to double-check the official JoSAA counseling guidelines or updates in case of any changes in the rules.

if i have my exam on same day of ba hons pol sci from du regular and du sol ba hons english
Hello Dolly,
If you have exams scheduled on the same day for both your DU regular B.A. (Hons) Political Science and DU SOL B.A. (Hons) English , here are a few steps you can take:
-
Check Timings : Often, exams are scheduled at different times (morning/afternoon), so first confirm whether there's a time overlap. If not, you can appear for both exams on the same day.
-
Contact DU and SOL : If there is a clash, reach out to both the DU regular and SOL examination authorities as soon as possible. They might offer an alternative arrangement or guide you on how to proceed.
-
Official Notification : Sometimes, universities release official guidelines for handling such conflicts. Keep an eye on any updates from DU or SOL regarding exam scheduling conflicts.
Make sure to act quickly to resolve the issue so that you can manage both exams smoothly!

Hello Anamika,
Yes, for an air hostess job, having strong English communication skills is very important. Since air hostesses interact with passengers from different parts of the world, airlines generally require fluency in English, especially for international flights. Basic English might not be enough because you need to handle conversations, announcements, and possibly emergencies in clear and effective English.
As for vacancies , airline companies like IndiGo, Air India, Vistara, SpiceJet , and others release job openings for air hostesses throughout the year. You can regularly check their official websites or job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com , and Indeed for updates on vacancies.
Make sure to keep improving your English skills, as this will help you stand out during the selection process!

I have done American high school diploma accredited by middle states association and have an AIU equivalence for the same. I had Bio and Chem advanced with Physics and English Higher as my core subjects? Will the advanced and higher in front of my subjects be an issue? What NEET code will I be?
Hello,
Aside from that, with the American High School Diploma of the Middle States Association accredited with advanced courses in Biology and Chemistry, as well as Higher-level Physics and English, is typically accepted throughout India for eligibility to the NEET exams, and it goes without saying that advanced higher-level designations do reflect a stronger mastery of the subjects. That should not be much of an issue.
You need to check the eligibility details as mandated by the National Testing Agency, or NTA for NEET eligibility. The international student is likely to fall under Code 02, if he happens to be an Indian citizen or Overseas Citizen of India, like OCI with foreign qualifications, for the NEET code.
Ensure that you have the Equivalence Certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). This needs to be done during the application process. It is always better to get the details directly from the NTA or as available in the NEET information bulletin for any updates in respect of your eligibility and code designation.
i want to persue ba(hons) psychology or sociology. What subjects should i chose for cuet. The subjects i have are History, English Elective, Psychology, Economics, Entrepreneurship (CBSE). And should i prepare for the general paper too?
To pursue a BA(Hons) in Psychology or Sociology through CUET, you should choose "Psychology" and "Sociology" as your domain subjects in Section II of the exam; alongside a language like English or Hindi from Section IA you can take one of them go for English as you have one of the subject in your 12th CBSE and the General Test from Section III is compulsory for everyone so you need to appear for that too.to sum up you have to appear for 3 sections psychology, english and general knowledge.
Hope u understand..
