Hello,
To be eligible to get admission in JMI in BA(Hons) Sociology you must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate in best 5 subjects from a recognized board. You need to pass in all subjects of your 10+2. Even if you qualify in entrance exam you cannot get admission if you have failed in one subject in qualifying exam.

All is well , I have choosed my subjects but Im little confused about the languages. How should I prepare for English /Hindi language examination? what to do and read? should I focus on literature? And what to do to improve my vocabulary?
Your question is bit incomplete and ambiguous. Kindly, mention the name of the entrance examination you are going to appear for so that,I can help you in a better way.. If the examination gives the option of multiple languages, then pick up the one you are comfortable in. In order to improve vocabulary, read newspapers and books extensively
Hope this helps.
