Dear applicant since you are an arts student, if you follow the general eligibility of the course, Acupuncture comes under Bachelor of Science which requires your 10+2 Science stream. But of it is a diploma in Acupuncture then your 10th pass certificate is enough for admission. And after your Medical degree in Acupuncture you can have MD degree by appearing in NEET PG Examination. But for them 10+2 stream is very important, but for the Diploma only your 10th marks will be required.
