If you are asking about preference then you need to always choose English Medium college for further studies and for higher studies.
As it helps you become better and also cuts the further problems which could arise in studying the course, interview and everything else.
Good Luck!
Is Buddha Mahavidyalaya ,Ratasiya, Kothi an English medium college ??
As per the official website, there are no mention of the English Medium college. See in most colleges, the preference are provided to the student to write either in the local language/Hindi(as prescribed by the university). So there are no such strictness in most colleges. Now as you go in higher education, the books are usually in english until and unless you are studying for any language. So for most cases you need to read from the english medium books as you will not get the variety of books in the regional language. So its better to study in english mode in order to have more choice in terms of resources.

Hi
Which examination are you asking about?
Your profile suggests that you are a medicine aspirant, so guessing it's about neet.
Neet examination is conducted in following languages
-------) Assamese
-------) Bengali
-------) English
-------) Gujarati
-------) Hindi
-------) Kannada
-------) Marathi
-------) Oriya
-------) Tamil
-------) Telugu
-------) Urdu
-------) Malayalam
-------) Punjabi
So, you can select English/ Hindi for neet examination
When one selects English as the medium of his or her question paper then his or her Neet examination question paper is in English language only.
But yes,
When one selects any language other than English as the medium for his or her NEET examination then he or she gets the neet question paper in both the language i.e selected by him or her and English.
So ,
if you select hindi as the medium of your neet question paper then your question paper will be bilingual i. e it will be in both hindi and English .
You can get detailed information at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet/amp
Now that,
limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
