Hi Sumeet!
JSSATE, Bangalore and CMRIT, Bangalore are both quite similar in their infrastructure. They have huge libraries, laboratories, cafeteria, Wi-Fi enabled campus, gym, etc,.
Both the Colleges accept COMEDK UGET, KCET and the latter also accept JEE Mains. The total Fee Structure in the former Rs. 2.35 lakhs and in the latter is Rs. 20 lakhs.
The placement in CMRIT is good when compared to that of JSSATE. The Median Salary in JSSATE is Rs. 3.20 lakhs/year and in CMRIT is Rs. 3.5 lakhs/year.
Extra-curricular Activities are encouraged equally in both the colleges!

B.tech(Food Technology) vs BBA I have interest in owing my self - business (Entrepreneurship). I would like to setup my own brand(production) 60%in food sector 40% in other.
Hey aspirant,
B.Tech in Food Technology is a four-year undegraduate course provided with a curriculum of specialization in Food Technology and Engineering with in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of Food Science concept. The various concepts covered in this course include Food Packaging, Nutrition Science, Food Manufacturing and Processing, Storage, etc.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a three year undergraduate course in business management studies which imparts basic business knowledge and leadership skills to students.
Since you are interested in entrepreneurship after studies and mostly in the food sector, I would suggest you to go for B.Tech in Food Technology because this will help you learn about the science in food, which will be very helpful for you in planning and conceptualizing your products, what kind of nutrition would it have and how you would want to add value to your product with help of science. To attract customers, your products must have some value that benefits them and you can plan for the best with the help of this course. Besides, basic management courses are usually part of engineering degrees that will help you. Most good engineering colleges also have incubation centres (entrepreneurship development centres) through which you can setup your own startup, if you have an innovative business idea during your college life itself.
Hope it helps. All the best!

what to choose college or branch for entrepreneurship?
Entrepreneurship is something which none of college or branch can teach. Mostly entrepreneurs have faced something difficulty in their day to day live and developed a solution for that which becomes their business like
Facebook- founders created facebook because there was no medium to connect with people.
YouTube- it was created because founders have struggled to find a video online they want , they are amazed to see that the video was no where available on Internet.
Ola- bhavish aggrawal once hired a cab and the cab driver asked a high price for lower distance then the idea of ola striked as there was no price list or proper management for cabs in india
Redbus - Redbus founder once planned for a trip , On searching for bus ticket he found that bus operator has no online presence and visibility and they are charging high money for tickets.
So all the major startup and companies have solved people day to day life problem ,focus on solving peoples problem.
You can pursue mba course as it help to better understand market and other aspects. Most of the start up are technology driven that's why founder's of most start up have a STEM degree, degree will help you to make connection attract investor etc.
You can take programme from indian institute of entrepreneurship, government is focusing on start up thats why they have started startup india and several incubation center you can get mentorship from there.

do techno india salt lake kolkata have entrepreneurship incubator?
Hey Sahil
Accordin to the offcial site of Techno India(Salt Lake) they have Entrepreneurship Incubator (you can visit https://technoindiauniversity.ac.in/index3.php?id=38 for more details). However I would recommend you to ask the question directly from any student currently studying in Techno India Salt Lake to get a clearer view (as most of the times colleges write certain things in the brochure but dont really provide that).
