So with regard to your query, YES of course you can give CAT exam, even if you had done BSc as your undergradute course. To be eligible for the CAT exam you need to score 50% of aggregate marks in your graduating course. It may be Btech or BSc or BA anything.

The eligibility criteria for the UGC NET examination states, the aspirant need to pass Post graduate course in any stream with 55% marks. For a JRF aspirant, the aspirant must have a age less than 30 years, in order to be eligible for the Junior Research Fellowship.
