Yes you are right, as from this year there will be 10% reservation for EWS category in IITs and this can take you for Aerospace engineering in any of the four IITs but chances are quite less.

Hello student in this case you need to fill the counseling Form under general category because if you don't have the category certificate to claim your reservation then it'll not work and your counseling might get rejected so it's better to proceed as a general category candidate.

looking at expected cutoff of delhi university , you have chances to get a seat in ramjas college cause the expected cutoff for same category is 94 to 96.66 , in gargi college as expected cutoff is 90 to 93 , in SGTB college too.

during document verification proceas tgey generally ask for valid latest certifictaes. So even you had submitted previous one and it lost, but if you present the latest certificate, then it will work. And it will help in smooth process, and dont face any difficulties while taking a job.

Only ten private medical colleges in the State have responded to Medical Council of India's (MCI) letter to send proposals for additional seats so as to implement the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) quota in MBBS admissions in private institutions from the present academic year.

But the medical council of India have not mentioned the names of those 10 private colleges officially.

However, EWS quota is applicable only on convener quota seats, which is 50 per cent in private colleges.

10 private colleges have applied for additional seats, the additional seats in private colleges (to be allotted by MCI ) are likely to be in the range of 150 to 180 seats.

Honestly speaking with your rank and category you can get other branches at all the above mentioned college, but not CSE,

Although if you go to special round counseling the  you might get CSE at NIT Agarthala or NIT Sikkim.

But definitely not at pec at any cost.

You might get other branches like mechanical electrical etc.
