If you did not select EWS category in AP EAMCET application form, you cannot select it during Counselling. You have to go with General Category only. We cannot tell you certainly as to which Colleges you can get with  your AP EAMCET 2020 rank. But we can predict your approximate chances with the help of previous years data. No for the academic year of 2020-20201 the EWS quota is not applicable. The 10 per cent reservation for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in university admissions will only be applicable from the next academic year (2021-22). Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has not yet formulated the procedure to consider the EWS for admissions into universities in Telangana for higher education courses.

According to your rank , it would be tough getting into iit's , however you can go for counselling , you might get a lower branch in the last rounds . However you can try for other colleges that offer admission on the basis of JEE Advanced .

JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -

3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram
