Hi Aspirant,
Having a computer course doesn't make you eligible to become a fashion designer. To become a fashion designer ,you should go for courses such as B.Des in Fashion Design or in textile design.Various famous college like NIFT,IIFT offers such course. Moreover if you are talking about designing dresses in computer then you should have a basic knowledge on designing app on computer. You dont need a seperate course for that and if you pursue the above mentioned courses for fashion designing then surely you will get to learn more about new age technology in designing or computer aided designing.
Hope it Helps!!
