You can take up the course but it wouldn't fill the gap which you have taken in the past during your CAT 2018 preparation but it will definately fill up the gap which you will take now.

You can take online courses from NPTEL, Internshala,udemy, coursera etc.

Well if you are looking for government jobs then you surely have to prepare for the following exams 

1)UPSC(union public service commission)  these exams give various posts like IAS IPS etc.. 

2)SSC - CGL exam for posts like inspectors of customs. 

3)RBI bank exams

Some of the ways which may help you to find job as fresher:

1. Off-campus Hiring Drive: Some major companies often hold off-campus drives to select for the positions to be filled by them. But the chances of selection is very low as due to increased bureaucracy in the process.
2. Recruitment Portals: There are several ways portals like Naukri, shine,etc where one may upload their resume and hope that the recruiters of the company notice them.
3. Assessment Exams: Their are aptitude assessment exams held to evaluate candidates and some companies use these scores to shortlist. Getting a high score is no assurance for hiring itself.

In order to become a Financial Analyst you require a bachelor's degree in in business administration, finance, economics, statistics or accounting.

If you are dealing with securities firm you need a license as well. You can get a license from Licensure by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

You can also get a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

You can do MBA directly after B.com but you may not as you are passionate and serious about your career i would recommend you to first get 1-2 years of work experience and then go for MBA as it will give you some practical knowledge as well as it'll increase your chances of getting into a top level MBA college if aim to go for. Besides it for doing MBA from USA you need to have a minimum work experience of 2 years. Hope this answer might help you.

If you want to pursue career in business management then it's a good option. But getting BBA degree only won't fetch you a high package placement. You can go for MBA by taking exams like CAT, NMAT, XAT, IBSAT, IIFT etc and can  admission in some good bschool.
