In order to become a Financial Manager you require a Bachelors Degree in a Business field such as Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Finance, After that you need to apply for MBA programme, You can apply for the entrance exam like CAT, CMAT, MAT etc. After that you can work some time to get that experience.

CAT Exam (Common Admission Test) is a computer based selection test conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) as a prerequisite for their business administration programs.
