I am from Bangladesh. Inhave completed diploma in mechanical engineering from Bangladesh. I want to lateral entry in shiksha o onushondhan collage. Can I take lateral entry? How much cost per year in this university? Do there have any scholarship in foreign students?
hi,
see to admission in b.tech lateral entry course you have to appear in SAAT - Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Admission Test. however test centers are only located in Indian cities.
Lateral Entry B.Tech fees is 2,35,000/- Per Annum
scholarship is available also for meritorious students as per their academic criteria:
- Securing more than 90% marks both in 10th & Diploma\Equivalent 35,000/- p.a. - (3 years)
- Securing more than 80% marks both in 10th & Diploma\Equivalent 25,000/- p.a. - (3 years)
- Securing more than 75% marks both in 10th & Diploma\Equivalent 15,000/- p.a. - (3 years)
now coming to foreign students there is no information available on university website. also in application form there is no option to choose foreign quota category.
I suggest you to contact with college authority to clarify the criteria and scope of admission , follow the below link to get contact details:

how much possibility is there that NEXT will replace NEET UG and MCI screening test of foreign students ? in 2022
Early this month, NMC did take over MCC according to the new structuring of policies. Regarding NEXT replacing NEET UG and FMGE, only time can tell. There has been no official information regarding this and there has been no hint of such moves. FMGE is for Candidates who have studied abroad to practise in India. And NEXT is the admission mode for MD/MS Courses. And so it is unlikely that NEXT will take over these.
