I will tell you about the admission process for GIFS Aurangabad. You need to first fill up an online form and register yourself, upload the documents (12th and 10th marksheet etc.) No entrance examination is required as such. Then the selected students are expected to pay the fees and upload the same on the portal. Then you would be asked to go to the campus along with all the original documents for verification at a given date and time. This way you will complete the admission process. For more information, check their website. The admission process would be pretty much same for other colleges as well. Do not forget to cross check on their websites once.

You can either get merit ased admissions or on basis of entrance test marks as Colleges like Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Swami Vivekananda University, etc take admissions based on merit and  Amity University, Noida, Lovely Professional University, University Of Mumbai offers admission on the basis of entrance tests.

BSc Forensic Science is a course having duration of 3 years. Admission in this course is offered generally on the basis of entrances (such as such a JEE, Amity JEE and any other state level Entrance exam), but few colleges also have the facility of merit-based admission. These colleges are:

1. Manipal University,
2. Osamania University,
3. JSS Academy
4. Amity University, Noida
5. University of Mumbai

The eligibilty criteria are as follows:

1. The candidate should have completed 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
2. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and/or Maths as main subjects in 10+2.
3. They should have scored a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in 10+2. Some of the institutes offer some relaxation to the reserved categories.

Srinivas University , Mangalore is a private university with a beautiful campus and offers all the basic facilities to students such as digital calssrooms, well equipped labs, wifi, hygienic food, sports ground, library , hostel etc. Also, the faculty members are masters in their subjects and they are quite supprtive and helpful. Coming to the placements, colleges doesnot offer considerable placement opportunities to students of BSc , and candidates generally go for masters in their respective subjects.
