Hyy which course is better in future bsc microbiology vs biophysics vs molecular biology vs forensic science to become a scientist.
Hello,
All the courses are good in terms of research so now you have to make a choice regarding your interests. Though I would say that Molecular biology and Microbiology is a good choice because it will extend your horizon of knowledge and also these fields are dynamic. So you can get admission into colleges like IITs and IISc so that you get a good research environment where you will do research and pursue your dream. Though the choice is yours. All the best to you.

what is the difference between b voc forensic science and bsc forensic science?
Vocational or skill-based education is becoming more and more significant with passing time. BVoc (Bachelor of Vocation) is an emerging course in India that aims at providing adequate skills required for a particular trade to candidates. The course is different from traditional academic programmes as it deals more with application-based studies rather than focusing on only theoretical knowledge.
BSc Forensic Science is a 3-year graduate course that involves the application of scientific knowledge for the investigation of crimes. Professionals in this discipline apply their knowledge of science to analyze the evidence found at a crime scene
Both courses have different objectives.
If you join BSc there are acedemic line and other government jobs where employer wants a graduation in certain subject.
In B.voc you are completely directed to a special field and after finishing the course successfully you may get job in your expertise area.
In my opinion, though B.voc courses is regarded as less demanding than BSc courses but it will give you more confidence to get employment rather than BSc.
Hope this helped you.
Thanks

Dear Avantika,
The Admission for bcs forensic science does not depends on your 12th percentage.Because now-a-days the students percentage does not matter. the thing that matters is your knowledge. See there are many university or the colleges which conduct their own entrance papers and just you have to clear the exam to take the admission in the college.
There are many Top entrance exams conducted like JET, Amity JEE, LPUNEST, and other University or State level Entrance Exams .But there are only some colleges which take admission according to the merit based. So Don't worry prepare well for your entrance exam.
I hope you got the answer!!
GOOD LUCK!!!
if you have any query then feel free to ask!!
What is a cutoff of bsc forensic science in general category in open
There's no such cutoff in india io pursue bsc forensic science. But some institutions such as amity or du conduct entrance exams for this. Rest, you can get admissions on the merit list. In general the criteria is 55%-50% in higher secondary. But the criteria may vary according to the College in which you want to take admissions. In Institute of Forensic Science , Mumbai, you need to have 85% marks for general category and 75%-70% marks for reserved category.

Hello Tejaswini,
Admission in Aurangabad Forensic Science College is purely on the basis of merit and reservation. There are a total of 50 seats available in B.Sc Forensic Science Course out of which 45 seats are reserved for Maharasthra state candidates and 5 seats are available for other state candidates.
