Dear candidate firstly for all the Government Colleges , they have extremely qualified faculties but you need to perform your activities on your own, next out of the above-mentioned two Institutes, Gadvasu Ludhiana and Rampura, you can choose either of them as they follow a general curriculum, which is updated and easier to adapt. They may not be the best, but yes any of the two options are indeed good.

In Gadvasu college which offers courses in Veterinary and animal science. As the cut off for that college is still not out , so it is difficult to predict but with your obc rank which is 25 , there are chances that you might get an admission in that college as the cut off for obc is still lower and hence there are possibilities that you might get into it.

For 2020 cut-off score for UR category could be around 701-134. For reserved category SC could  be 133 to 107. SC-PH could be 119 to 107

as 85% quota is just for the state domicile holders you should try to go for all india counselling considering your marks .
