The eligibility criteria to participate in UPSEE spot counselling is as follows
- A candidate who was not alloted a seat in any round is eligibile.
- A candidate who could not participate in any rounf of counselling is eligible.
- A candidate who did not confirm the seat which was alloted in any previous rounds.
So, if you have not confirmed your seat which was alloted to you then you can participate in spot counselling.

Galgotias college of Engineering and Technology has good placement record. The computer science and IT students will have enough opportunities to crack the campus placement. Except for Civil and Mechanical All the Branches will have good placement. The core opportunities are also very low in this campus. In the electrical department also it is hard to get a core Job as there are no enough opportunities. But IT companies are handful.

It has been given a overall rating of 3.7 out of 5. College infrastructure is quite good. Placements there are also good, and is rated at 3.8/5. Hostel is rated at 3.3/5. The food served is good too.
