sorry to say at this score there are really fewer chances of getting any iiits ar gftis through this score. this also goes for your category rank. i hope you may understood.
Can i get any nit, gift or iiit college having rank of 369239 -general categary in 6 th or 7th round
I am so sorry that I have to be the one to answer this query for you but it is almost hopeless situation because at this rank you will not be getting any seat even with your home state quota regardless of where you belong. I request you to reconsider JOSAA and look for other options if you really want to get a seat this year.

As the eligibility criteria for any IIT ,Niit is 54 percentile for sc and 89 percentile for general. So you did not cleared the bar . Also for for niit and IITs , you need at least 95 above percentile to stand a chance for admission.
So you won't gat any government college as such.
