Can I get not so opted courses in IITs with 520 score in Gate civil engineering?

The details that you can change are Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, PWD Status, Dyslexia and learning disabilities, Details of Parent/Guardian/Corresponding address, College name/Address/Roll number.
