I am only writing here to guide all students here planning for medicine career in UK like me , with big dreams. I being in CBSE Board always thought that getting into medicine in UK would be difficult, but i was wrong Trinity Global made it . You also asking about pursuing Psychiatry from U.S.& UK..As per your question there is no MD psychiatry in UK, rather MRCPsych. You need to apply for psychiatry residency program and complete the requirements to obtain the same in UK, after clearing your PLAB and IELTS.

No, Phd is not must for have a good career . If you have a master degree in photonics and have a good experience in this field then then you might not require any phd degree . So go for experience first and opt field works as much as you can that helps you in increment in your experience in the field .

 You can go for the companies like KLA-Tencor and Applied materials look for Application engineers with knowledge on photonics and semiconductors.

Dear Subbarao, Many Universities in the UK offer admissions during September/October Intake. However, few Universities offer admission in January/February Intake. IELTS and TOEFL are the Language Proficiency Exams that are considered. So unfortunately, thre is no April Intake.
