Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Vishakhapatnam is a better option than JNTU.

Placements : This college gives the highest priority to placements for all the branches. It has a good scope for everyone to get placed, and the placements list mentioned on the website of college is absolutely true. So, you may go through the college website and see the brochure and placements.

Infrastructure : The college has a good infrastructure. There are labs with all the equipment required and highly qualified faculty members. 

Faculty : The faculty members are highly qualified. In fact, some of the best faculty members in the country are available here. So, there is no doubt about them, and they are very helpful. No teaching staff or non-teaching staff is aggressive towards students, and they will be friendly with students, helping in every moment they need.

Yeah why not every college will have many creative clubs like drawing,singing dancing but apart of this the most important clubs in it are speaking and soft skills,sports,quiz cometitions,student council,yoga,ncc,nss,sports in any college as well as in jobs these are given more importance.

Placements of AU

Good renowned companies like Bosch, L&T, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Coromandel, etc. come offering placements. The average salary per annul is 8 LPA, the highest was 13LPA and the lowest was 4 LPA. Almost all the students did get internships except for those who had backlogs. There is a placement cell in the college which is headed by highly experienced professors who guide the students in every possible way.

Placements of GVP

An average number of students with a good percentage will be chosen for the written test for interviews. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3.50 LPA. Wipro, TCS and other companies have visited the college for placements. The college provides good placements.

According to me, Andhra University ,Visakhapatnam will be best option compared to GVP in terms of placement record .

The average package of AU is 4 lakhs per annum.

Hello student, The Institute is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada and is accredited with ‘Grade – A’ by NAAC. GVP is also approved by University Grants Commission of India (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Placements are also good in the college. 70% of students definitely got job in many reputated companies.

When comparing both the colleges GVP is ranked little higher than VRSEC. 

coming to mechanical engineering in both the colleges VRSEC offers less course fees i.e. 2.46 lakhs than GVP i.e 4.18lakhs. 

The intake for mechanical engineering in VRSEC is 180 and that of GVP is 240. Both tha colleges are accredited by NAAC and affiliated to JNTUK. 

The facilities like Laboratories, Library, sports, cafetaria, etc are available and with good maintenance. 

The placements in VRSEC for mechanical are good with the package of 4-5 lpa.
