Well usually the fee structure for medical education does not vary like this in category wise division. The management quota fee and other fee might be different but no difference in fee for categories, I think.

Since there are lots of college in tamil nadu and karnataka that offer md in general medicine. So i would suggest you to go the the site and search for it you will get results of all the colleges.

But in general for govt Institute you have to give around 177,400 yearly.
