There are fewer chances of getting NIT's with 370 marks for Structural Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering
If You Were SC/ST Candidate you would have got Some NIT's
But still you can give it a try for low ranked nits like NIT Silchar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Patna.

Your score isn't enough to secure seats in IITs even from OBC quota.You can secure seats in NITs under OBC,NITs like NIT DURGAPUR.For sureity wait till IITs and NITs announce cuttoff score for Mtech program.

IIT roorkee and NIT warangal both are very great colleges in India. It depend on you to choose the college based on your deciding factors such as your convenience, location and so on. Also you can check the individual reviews of the colleges in the web and have a clear idea about their management. Moreover the ranking of the college too. As per the ranking my advice is best to choose IIT Roorkee and it ranked among the top 10 colleges in India . So IIT is a prestigious institute too. I suugest you IIT than NIT.
