Getting a job in google depends mostly on your knowledge and skills that you acquire during college time. Getting a good college preferably IITs, NITs, IIITs would increase your chances of getting placed at Google.
Try to get a good cgpa, Google visits these colleges every year. Also, even if you did not get into a college where Google comes for placements, try to acquire relevant skills and apply through direct recruitment which are opened on the Google official website frequently.
You can also apply through Google Careers section in google India by selecting the available position and filling some information about you. If your education, experience meets as per there requirement then they will contact you and process your candidature further. But be sure to be well prepared for your PI
