Your rank must be under 1k to get admission in NLU.
But don't loose hope..you can get other colleges.

As per yoyr question i do understand your state of mind.
NLU's are one of the predtigious law colleges in our country.
Admissions in NLU's require high academics both in schools or in graduate level.
This is because of the many candidates applying fall under this category.
Seats are limited but the eligible aspirants are many. Competiotion i tough.
I am sorry to say but most universities require atleadt 50% to 60%,you are not eligible.

If yes,
I don't think students are paid to study in the particular college you have mentioned.

You will paid once you pass and get into a job.The company offering you a job will be giving you stipends.

First of all, you have to fill the online merit cum admission form.
Attach scanned copies of mark sheet of the qualifying examination, photo and certificates in order to earn preference points.
For Admission in M.Sc. I and M.A. I Geography, attach scanned copy of mark sheets of B.A. /B.Sc 1st, 2nd and 3rd years.

This will clear all your doubts.
You just have to google it, you find this on delhi university official website. This bulletin have all the information.

Hey ! Every year the online application for MU starts in the last week of May and this year too , it is expected to start from the same what around but it hasn't started yet.But do keep an eye on the official website of MU as they can be out any moment.

It Was earlier announced that Online registration for pg will start form 21 or 22 May 2019 but since the date has already passed.But as per sources the 2019 application forms will be out anytime soon.
Closing date for Online Registration was expected to be 1st week of Jun 2019 and it way extend to end if july.You can get the forms in online mode on Delhi University official website.
