In some colleges and universities for MBA , a student applying for MBA outside the country have to give GMAT exam . Students applying for MBA in England have to give GMAT exam , it is compulsory . However , there are some universities in England in which it is not compulsory to give GMAT exam  instead of it students having a work experience for more than 2 years can apply directly for MBA program . In Germany most universities accept TOEFL score and not GMAT score , there are universities which accept both TOEFL and GMAT score .  In Poland all types of entrance exams are accepted like TOEFL , IELTS and GMAT . So  for betterment of you , you should first choose a country for which you want to study MBA and then second look at the eligibility criteria at different universities and according to that give a appropriate entrance exam . Also you can do is that choose a university of that country and then check which entrance exams for MBA they accept .

Dear Akshat, CAT is exclusively conducted by the IIMs. So the selection for admission to any of the 20 IIMs is through CAT exam. Now coming to your next question, there is a vast difference between MBA abroad and MBA in India. Firstly you will need to posess a good GRE or GMAT score as well as a 2-3 year work experience to be able to pursue MBA abroad while in India you have to just qualify entrance examination followed by group discussion and interview. Next, the cost of studying is much higher in abroad and inspire of attaining  exposure, there is no surety whether you will get placement or not in case of abroad. In India you might not get enough exposure but there is a high chance of getting place and the cost of studying is also lower as compared to abroad.

There is no particular cut off for the admission in Tezpur University. The cut off varies by various factors every year. The candidates with 50% and above in the UG are eligible to apply for the college. The performance in CAT, MAT and XAT examinations will be considered for allocation of seats. The candidates with good scores in the above mentioned examinations will be called for PI and WAT rounds before the seats allocation.
