Coming g to your question I would like to tell you that you should go for the reputed government college like the LDCE as you have mentioned that you are getting the ECE branch their it is a good branch if you want a government job after doing your btech as this branch has options in the both fields like government and private both and the Atherton advantage is that you are getting it in a reputed college also,

now the coming to the it branch in the GEC  Gandhinagar as you are getting the IT there , in the field of IT or Cse you have to depend on the campus placements because the government jobs in this type of the branch are very less in the numbers so mostly you depend on the private jobs ,

So I will suggest you to go for the ECE branch in a reputed college ,

Yes you have good chances of procuring a seat GEC K if any subsequent rounds of counselling takes place. Basically the next rounds will depend on number of vacant seats left after 3rd round reporting. Depending on that, further seat allotment will be commenced. You can keep yourself updated by visiting the counselling website on daily basis for the same.

Dear aspirant your rank is not good enough to get a seat in ujjain University or mit's gwalior even in the upgradation round. You need to give other entrance examinations for the private or government colleges. You may get a chance there. Otherwise you need to go through management quota
