According to my estimation , chances of getting into a Government college are fair but it also depends on your category . You can get civil engineering in gec calicut and kannur.

The eligibility criteria to get into Geeta Engineering College  in B.Tech program is that the candidates must have passed 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The candidate must have also secured at least 45% marks for B.Tech admission.
