First of all, kudos for score.. that's an impressive effort from you. Coming to your query, as per the specified scores of your IPE and EAMCET, your rank would probably be around 35,000 to 40,000. In order to get a seat in Sree vidhyanikethan Engineering college you should get a rank less than 8,000. So, the chances of getting a seat are pretty less with your rank.

Your JEE Mains rank is liitle-bit high in OBC category to get civil or ECE branch in any good government college. But you may try in online counseling process and in a 2nd or 3rd round of counseling the chances of getting civil or ECE branches is high .
You may also get civil branch in government-aided autonomous colleges, the autonomous colleges are good for interactive education. If you are not able to get any government or autonomous college the then you must try for good private college, you can easily get civil or ECE branch in good private college.
