The cut off rank depends upon category as well. You should have mentioned your category. The rank mentioned above is good if the candidate belongs to OBC/SC/ST and Delhi domicile. But the rank is not enough for General category to get a seat. Here is the list of good colleges for Civil Engineering:

I am sending you a link as to check your possibilities of getting admission with the category of yours in various rounds of counseling in various colleges under IPU.

The link contains college with cutoffs too based on HS & OS (home state and other state) category.
