You have not mentioned any particular exam or college whose details you are asking but in general, you have the option of selecting the medium and going for hindi as your paper medium.

You have to appear for AFCAT exam for joining airforce. It consists of 100 objective type questions for a total of 300 marks. The language for this exam is only english. Hindi is not provided as medium of language for this exam.
