Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is an indian oil and Natural gas company.

The HPCL selection procedure consists of a series of steps :

Written Test

Firstly a written test is conducted during the recruitment process in order to select the candidates. The candidates are also selected on the basis of their marks scored in the GATE Exam.

The written test consists of two sections - Aptitude Section which consists of 10 questions and the technical section which consists of 55 questions. The duration for the written exam would be only 180 minutes.

Later the Group Discussion and HR Interview is conducted.

Yes they are concluded. The Hindustan Petroleum corporation limited  application was opened from January 15th online till the February 15th of 2019. I dont know how you missed it as this information is provided by the officials on the official website of GATE as well as the HPCL website.  Better luck next year

Application forms for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) Recruitment through GATE 2019 were released in online mode on 15/1/19 and the last date to submit the application form was 15/2/19.Selected candidates have to undergo one year of training (mandatory) post which they will be absorbed as Officers at HPCL.                          Candidates can be posted for shift duties in any SBU/Division/Department of the PSU at any place in the country/otherwise.

Yes, HPCL recruits through GATE 2019.

I am listing down the procedure of what happens after you are shortlisted:

• GD in group of 8–10 students. There will be 2–3 case studies in GD , Total time 30–35 minutes for GD.
• Personal interview in which they ask both HR and technical questions
• After shortlisting from interview they conduct medical test. It is not sure that you are selected.
• After that you will receive mail.that is your final selection which is depands on number of vacancies.

Your marks and score are very good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting the call from the PSUs and you belong from the ST category so you have the advantage.You can get calls from ONGC,IOCL,HPCL,etc.So,you need to prepare for the GD,PI.All the best.
